James Hadley is an experienced financial services professional who specialises in helping clients to use pensions to invest in property. He is particularly well-versed in real estate investment trusts (REITs), Genuinely Diverse Commercial Vehicles (GDCVs) and Small Self-Administered Schemes (SSAS). He has been involved in more than 4,000 pensions-related property purchases. James Hadley also understands the complexities of using pension schemes to finance businesses and has assisted multiple underperforming professional services firms by accessing new lines of funding.

Over the course of a career spanning more than 25 years, James Hadley has worked for boutique advisory firms and large global institutions, including Tildesley & Tonks and Prudential. Utilising offshore life products and trusts, he provided tax planning solutions to ultra high net worth clients at Prudential. He also worked as a broker consultant at Scottish Equitable.

Mr. Hadley is the author of The Power of Pensions and has delivered keynote speeches at events hosted by the Institute of Directors and the Institute of Independent Business. He also attends industry events such as the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers conference.

Away from work, he is a passionate supporter of the Leicester Tigers and England's national rugby team. He also occasionally plays rugby recreationally.
